For instance, if you book travel from outside the United States with a U.S. credit card, your bank may convert the payment to your local currency and charge a fee. The amount on your statement may differ from the booking amount.
A foreign transaction fee may also apply if your credit card issuer is located outside the United States.
Booking international travel may be treated as an international transaction by your bank or credit card company.
Your bank or credit card company sets the exchange rate and the foreign transaction fee on the day of processing. Please contact them for details.
After completing a purchase, you will receive a "Booking Notification" email. A confirmation number does not signify that the booking process is complete or that the fare is guaranteed until tickets are issued.

The difference in the amount should be paid to Premiumairfarez.com's account promptly after communication with us.
- Full payment is required before booking confirmation.
- For infants under 2 years old, valid documentary proof of age is necessary. If the infant is 24 months or older, a separate child booking is required.
- An adult aged 18 or over must accompany the infant during check-in.

Booking Confirmation

Booking Amendments and Charges

Amendment fees may also differ by airline, flight, and booking class. All changes must be made at least 72 hours before departure, with variations by airline. Please check with customer support for precise information.
Cancellation and Exchange
Most airline tickets are non-refundable. In cases where the airline permits cancellation, a credit may be offered for future travel on the same airline by the same passenger. The airline sets the credit expiration date, and it cannot be used after that date. Please review the restrictions with our customer service team. Cancellations must be made before the flight departs; otherwise, we cannot guarantee any cancellation. If you are ready to make a new reservation using airline credit, you may need to pay the fare difference, if applicable. These policies are set by the airline and are beyond our control.
We can process refund requests only if certain conditions are met:
- You have requested cancellation and a refund with us, and the fare rules allow it.
- You are not a "no show" (most "no show" bookings are not eligible for supplier waivers for refunds).

Typically, this process can take 60-90 days from request to credit. Suppliers may charge a penalty for refunds, and Premiumairfarez.com will also charge a post-ticketing service fee, if applicable. These fees are assessed on a per-passenger, per-ticket basis only if a refund is authorized by the supplier and their rules permit it. If the supplier does not process the refund, we will refund our post-ticketing service fees for your agent-assisted refund request, but not our booking fees for the original reservation.
We accept requests under the following guidelines:
- The fare rules must allow cancellation for a specific booking.
- You must not be a NO SHOW passenger. If you are denied boarding due to being a NO SHOW, you are not eligible for a refund.
- Refund processing, if applicable, typically takes up to 21 working days.
Payment Policy

Travelers to or through Canada may require an ETA, which is an automated system that screens passengers before arrival and assesses their eligibility to enter Canada and any security risks associated with their travel.
Credit Card Declines
If a user's credit card is declined during transaction processing, we will attempt to notify you by email within 72 hours. If your credit card is declined, the transaction will not be processed. We do not guarantee that fare or booking details will remain unchanged. If there is a fare change from the Travel Supplier, we will offer alternative options for acceptance or cancellation.
