Post-Ticketing Service Fees:
We offer exclusive discounts through our Compassion Exception Policy (CEP), available for Military personnel, Bereaved Families, and the Visually Impaired.
Terms and Conditions:
- Refunds or future credits on airline fares are subject to the airline’s fare rules, policies, and procedures. A service charge may apply for changes, refunds, cancellations, and future credits on a per-passenger, per-ticket basis.
- Our transaction (booking) and post-ticketing service fees are non-refundable and may change without prior notice. These fees are in addition to any airline or supplier charges. For more details, click here for our Service Fees.
- Any taxes or fees imposed by the Government are subject to change. The final total amount quoted by our agent is the exact amount you will be charged.
Refund and Cancellation Conditions:
Most airline tickets are non-refundable, except under the following circumstances:
- When the fare rules of our travel suppliers allow cancellations and refunds.
- If we have accepted the refund request.
- If the booking is not marked as a "no show" (most "no show" bookings are not eligible for refunds).
- If we can obtain a waiver from the supplier to process a cancellation and refund.
For more information, please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Additional Service Fees:
For Contact Center Service Bookings (including multi-stop and round-the-world itineraries), additional service fees may apply compared to online bookings. These fees may range from $10 to $200 per passenger (up to $100 for senior citizens) and can include premium package benefits.
Special Services:
Special services are available upon request and are subject to airline review and approval, as well as the respective airline’s fare rules, policies, and procedures. Any applicable special service fees will be charged once the service is provided, though these fees may be refunded if the airline denies the request.
Documentation Requirements for Specific Cases:
- Misspelled Name: If the name on the ticket does not match the name on the passport or government-issued ID.
- Visa/Passport Issues: A Visa/Passport denial letter may be required for processing.
- Baggage: Retain receipts and luggage tags for potential claims.
- No-Show: Documentation explaining why you could not make your planned departure is required.
- Denied Boarding: Documentation is required to explain why you were not allowed to board the flight.
- Duplicate Tickets: A refund request must include copies of the tickets with identical itineraries booked with us.
